A simple yet indispensible diary of 80 blank pages for when you start to notice your dreams and symbols during the night.
Sometimes, it is essential to stay in that hazy 'dream zone' to get the information your higher self is bringing through for you to understand. In this state and during the night through dreams and 'knowings' you will get information such as the names of crystals that would benefit you to work with, colours that have healing information for you, animals that are working with you etc.
When this information comes through it can often be during a dream, in the middle of the night or during that almost awake but not quite stage - a blank page journal is ideal for recording this information.
By awakening ourselves enough to record information neatly in the lines of a diary or notebook we activate areas of our brain that then diminish the information coming through and, often, within seconds we have forgotten what it was that we were going to write!
