About 15 years ago I went to see a Practitioner called Dan McNair who used Kinesiology testing techniques and an Energy Homeopathic meridian balancing tool to help me overcome the pain and health issues I was experiencing at the time.   This was my introduction to Energy Medicine. 

I was so intrigued by the action of the Kinetic Energen patches he used, and the theory behind them, that I embarked on a long journey of research into how the body energy systems worked.  This eventually led to a fascination with the subconscious mind, conscious mind and physical and energy body and how they interact and effect each other, even so far as to working to create your physical and material reality.  

When I realised how powerful the subconscious mind is at 'running the show' and creating your life - including your physical issues, my interest steered more towards the energy therapies that deal with this.  This interest led me to study many disciplines in energy healing and self empowerment including Kinetic Energen KE with Dan McNair, Touch for Health I-IV, Kinesiology Cert IV, EFT Advanced Level 3, Theta Healing DNA I & II and NOT Module I & II.  I am currently enjoying studying an ITA Energy Medicine Diploma to further my understanding of how to create a life of endless ease and joy.

I am still totally fascinated by how the subconscious mind works and how it basically 'runs the show'.  It is still amazing to me when I uncover one of my own limiting beliefs, and when I help a client find their way to happiness, ease, success and/or disease/pain free it is a pure delight.  That moment, during the session, when we both go “A-ha! That's it!” and then get to clearing it is the best moment of my day - and hopefully my client's.
